The court found that a personal catastrophe insurance policy issued by defendant, Insurance Company of North America (INA), did not afford liability coverage to plaintiff Homer J. Van Hollenbeck in a lawsuit filed against him by Select Markets, Inc., and its major shareholder, Michelle Abbruzzese, but that INA did owe...
