LARSON, Justice.

James and Maurita Burke sued Dennis Roberson, a lawyer, and J.R. Crowley, a real estate salesman, for the faulty drafting of a contract to sell the Burkes' farm. A jury awarded substantial damages to Burkes and assessed sixty-seven percent of the negligence to Attorney Roberson, twenty percent to Crowley, and thirteen percent to Burkes.
