Plaintiffs Charles B. Harrison (plaintiff), Nancy Harrison, and Jessica Lynn Harrison filed suit against defendants Grand Trunk Western Railroad Company and the Oakland County Road Commission for damages arising out of a collision between the railroad's train and plaintiff Charles Harrison's car. Nancy and Jessica Harrison were not involved in the accident and their actions are for the derivative claims of loss of consortium. A jury found no negligence...
