This cause comes before the court on the motion of defendant Chauffeurs, Teamsters and Helpers Local Union No. 364 ("the Union") for a stay of judicial proceedings. Plaintiff Ronald L. Gouker opposes a stay of the proceedings as to the Union on the grounds that the delay caused by the stay would result in irreparable harm, because he would remain without income or employment.
