PER CURIAM.

Defendant was convicted by a jury of two counts of criminal sexual conduct, one in the first degree, MCL 750.520b; MSA 28.788(2), and one in the second degree, MCL 750.520c; MSA 28.788(3). He was sentenced to concurrent terms of from five to fifteen years in prison. Defendant appeals from his convictions and sentence on four grounds. We affirm.

The testimony was to the effect that on March 20, 1985, the defendant was in the home of an ex-girlfriend...
