David Justiniano appeals his conviction of one count of indecent liberties. He contends that the following evidence of sexual abuse was improperly admitted: (1) the child victim's hearsay statement, (2) the child's complaints reported to her doctor by the child's mother, and (3) the doctor's opinion that the child's mannerisms were consistent with those of an abused child; that his right to confrontation was violated; and that he was denied effective assistance...
