Appellant defendant was charged by information in 1985 with first degree burglary, kidnapping, and three counts of aggravated assault. In August, 1985, the defendant pled guilty to kidnapping and was placed on probation for seven years. After several alleged probation violations, the state petitioned to revoke probation in October, 1986.
