Ronnie Parker, appellant, was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City of possession of cocaine. Having been sentenced to four years imprisonment, he appeals that judgment, raising a number of issues. Because we find merit in one of them, namely, whether the trial court erred in admitting into evidence the chain of custody report, the lab analysis report, and the photograph of the cocaine capsule seized where the State failed...
