Plaintiff appeals as of right from an order dismissing his complaint against Donald Arbic, a Michigan State Police trooper, pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(7) and (10). In a written opinion filed on July 1, 1986, Livingston Circuit Judge Stanley J. Latreille ruled that plaintiff's negligence claim was barred by governmental immunity and that no genuine issue as to any material fact existed as to plaintiff's intentional tort claims and defendant was therefore...
