PER CURIAM.

The petitioner, Inga Mauricio, was indicted March 29, 1985, in Cullman County for the alleged stabbing of her newborn infant. She was tried before a jury, which found her guilty of attempted murder. The circuit court sentenced her to 15 years' imprisonment, ordered her to pay $10,000 to the victim's compensation fund, and denied her application for probation. The Court of Criminal Appeals, 497 So.2d 858, affirmed the judgment without opinion and this appeal...
