This is an appeal from a final order of the Florida Board of Acupuncture which denied the petitioner Victor Chin's application filed below with the said Board. We affirm the order appealed from to the extent that it denied Mr. Chin's application for certification to practice acupuncture in Florida, but reverse the said order to the extent that it denied Mr. Chin's application to retake solely section II of part III of the 1985 Florida acupuncture examination...
