Defendant, Kelvin Jerome Robertson, was charged with armed robbery and aggravated burglary in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64 and 14:60. He pled not guilty, but a jury returned a responsive verdict of guilty of simple robbery, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:65, and not guilty of aggravated burglary. Robertson appeals, alleging seven assignments of error. Defendant questioned, but did not formally brief, the issue...
