NIERENGARTEN, Judge.

Appellant Carl White appeals his conviction of first degree criminal sexual conduct. We affirm.

FACTS

On the evening of January 29, 1984, K.H. left her home intending to walk to a friend's house. She accepted a ride from a man driving a maroon-colored car. She talked and smoked Benson & Hedges cigarettes with the driver, "Kevin", and agreed to ride around with him. They left the downtown Minneapolis area...
