This case concerns a boundary line dispute involving a ten-foot strip of land lying between Florence Zurbuchen's (Zurbuchen) and James Teachout's (Teachout) properties. Both the Zurbuchen chain of title and the Teachout chain of title commence with a deed from a common owner, John McCune, as shown below.
