The defendant pleaded guilty to sexual assault in the third degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-72a, and was sentenced to a term of five years. On appeal from the judgment rendered, he claims that the trial court erred (1) by not permitting him to cross-examine the victim at the sentencing hearing, (2) by imposing a sentence based upon unreliable information contained in the presentence investigation...
