The appellant was found guilty of murder and was sentenced to imprisonment of twenty years and one day, and ordered to pay costs and $25 to the Victims' Compensation Fund.

The first two witnesses to testify for the State were the sons of the two victims. Rosco Galloway testified that his father, Marvin Rosco Galloway, left Texas with his uncle, Edwin Elco Galloway, to visit Alabama. Mr. Edwin Galloway...
