This suit arises from an automobile accident. Anthony Zibilich and Insurance Company of North America (INA), defendants-appellants, stipulated as to liability, and a jury trial was held on the question of quantum. A verdict was returned in the amount of $533,000 in favor of Walter Bodet, plaintiff-appellee. Of that amount, some $260,000 was for future loss of earnings.
