Appellant, United States Fire Insurance Company, filed this suit for declaratory judgment seeking a ruling that it provided no liability coverage under an aircraft insurance policy issued to appellee, West Monroe Charter Service, Inc., for the death of passengers killed in a crash of an airplane owned by the corporation.
