Defendant-Appellant Dallas Washington was tried by a jury and found guilty of Carrying a Handgun Without a License, a class A misdemeanor, and Attempted Robbery, a class B felony. He was sentenced for a total of twenty (20) years on these charges. The jury also found Washington to be an Habitual Offender and his sentence was enhanced an additional thirty (30) years.
