This is an appeal from a revocation of probation. On December 10, 1984, appellant, Zonnie H. Weaver, was convicted of burglary in the third degree and sentenced to ten years in the penitentiary. The sentence was suspended, and appellant was placed on probation for a period of five years. The probationary period was to expire December 9, 1989.
