Appellees Marshall K. Steele and Stephen E. Faust brought a suit for declaratory judgment against appellant John G. Goettee, Personal Representative of the Estate of Elvira B. Chaney. Appellees requested that the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County declare as valid and enforceable by specific performance a contract to purchase real property from Chaney's estate.
