Raymond Fugate, Jr. was charged with Arson, a Class B felony; Burglary, a Class C felony; and Theft, a Class D felony. Fugate pled guilty to the burglary and theft charges and was sentenced to the maximum eight years (five year presumptive sentence enhanced by the maximum 3 years) and four years (two year presumptive sentence enhanced by the maximum 2 years), respectively, to be served consecutively.
