This is an appeal from a nonfinal order denying a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction. We reverse.

First National Bank of Niceville filed a complaint against Robert E. and Lottie S. McGill (the McGills) and Richard E. Friedberg (Friedberg) for nonpayment of a promissory note. The McGills, Florida residents, were makers of the note. Friedberg, a resident of New York, was its guarantor. The McGills were served with a copy of the complaint...
