This appeal is from an order denying amended findings and a new trial and restating a prior conclusion appellant is not entitled to rescind a partnership investment. Appellant claims the trial court erred because (1) the parties did not intend appellant to become a partner in respondents' partnership and (2) appellant's investment was induced by fraud and misrepresentation.
