This is an appeal from a judgment of partition of community property.

Patti Phillips Williams (appellee) and Webb W. Williams (appellant) were judicially separated on October 12, 1983, in the Parish of St. Tammany. Since the parties were unable to amicably partition the community property, on November 18, 1983, appellee filed a petition to partition the community property.
