Defendant was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, second offense, MCL 333.7401(1) and (2)(a)(iv); MSA 14.15(7401)(1) and (2)(a)(iv). Defendant filed a pretrial motion to suppress evidence obtained from him pursuant to a search conducted without a warrant.
