This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of First Farmers National Bank in a suit for damages brought by Cargill, Inc. We affirm.

On June 25, 1981, Bunker Hill Elevator signed a security agreement with First Farmers National Bank. The agreement provided that Bunker Hill was giving Farmers a security interest in "all inventory of grain, feed, fert [sic], chemicals, hardware, lumber, and other inventory for sale."
