Respondent William C. Weeks commenced this action for a court ordered confirmation of the dissolution of a partnership and for an accounting of his interest in the partnership. The remaining partners and the partnership counterclaimed for enforcement of a 1980 partnership agreement which they claimed precluded the dissolution and also contained a noncompetition clause which had been violated...
