She appeals an order of the juvenile court issued in a dependency action pursuant to Minn.Stat. § 260.291 (1984), placing one child with her father, dismissing the proceeding as to the other two children, and transferring jurisdiction as to these children to the Tribal Court for the Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon under the Federal Indian Child Welfare...
