HUSPENI, Judge.

Appellant Lonnie Sanders appeals from orders denying his petitions for a writ of habeas corpus and post-conviction relief. We affirm.

FACTS

Sanders was convicted of murder in the second degree for stabbing his brother and was sentenced to prison for 116 months. On appeal this court reversed the conviction and remanded for a new trial based on the non-sequestration of the jury during deliberations. State v. Sanders...
