This appeal arises from an insurance coverage dispute in a declaratory judgment action. Robert Steinhaus suffered severe injuries when a car driven by his wife Lori Frederickson collided with a tow truck. After the accident, Steinhaus filed a claim against Frederickson's insurer, State Farm Insurance Company. State Farm refused to honor the claim because the policy coverages had been suspended.
