The plaintiff, Bill Conda, a licensed real estate broker, brought this action against Carl D. Christensen, Frank Lombard, Keith Mahler and I. Kenneth Mahler to recover a real estate commission. After a prejudgment remedy hearing, the case was withdrawn against Lombard and Christensen. After a trial to the court, judgment was rendered for the plaintiff against the remaining defendants.
