This is an appeal by plaintiffs, Mr. and Mrs. Cook, from the grant of summary judgment to defendant storeowner in their suit for personal injuries and loss of consortium allegedly sustained as a result of Mrs. Cook's slip and fall just inside the door of defendant's store.
