Schulz (Appellant) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County dismissing his appeal from an order of the Department of Transportation (DOT) suspending his operator's license for a period of one year. We affirm the decision of the trial court to dismiss the appeal and remand solely for calculation of counsel fees and other damages...
