FINNEY, Justice:

Eron James Tasco, the appellant, was indicted for armed robbery and robbery. The case was submitted to the jury on both charges, and the jury convicted appellant of armed robbery. We affirm.

In a single exception, the appellant alleges the court erred in denying his motion for a directed verdict, asserting the state failed to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that appellant was armed...
