One appeal (85-815) challenges a ruling in which the trial court refused to find that a medical doctor and his wife were the alter ego of a medical clinic corporation and also refused to impose a constructive trust on funds transferred to the medical clinic by the plaintiff/appellant hospital pursuant to an agreement between the doctor and the hospital.
