ON MOTION FOR REVIEW OF SUPERSEDEAS ORDER

PER CURIAM.

The order setting the amount of a supersedeas bond and directing appellant to file said sum within ten days from the date of the order is reversed on the authority of Palm Beach Heights Development and Sales Corp. v. Decillis, 385 So.2d 1170 (Fla. 3d DCA 1980).

REVERSED.
