The plaintiff appeals from a jury verdict for the defendant, arguing that the Superior Court judge erred in admitting testimony of prior inconsistent statements made by the plaintiff's physician, and erred in instructing the jury on negligence. The case was transferred to this court on our own motion. We conclude that there was no error. We affirm.
