Frances M. Marcus, the appellant, brought suit in the Circuit Court for Cecil County for damages against the appellees Daniel H. Bathon, Philip S. Bathon, Bernard Neil Bathon, and G. Howard Bathon, resulting from her purchase from the Bathons of a parcel of waterfront property located in Cecil County. The appellant also asserted a malpractice claim in that action against her former attorney, the appellee H. Norman Wilson, Jr., for his alleged negligence...
