This is a petition for habeas corpus challenging the calculation of the petitioner's statutory presentence credit. The respondent has appealed from the judgment of the trial court ordering that the petitioner's time spent in custody under a sentence later vacated and declared void be credited as presentence time rather than as time served on a sentence.
