This is an appeal from a June 26, 1987, order of the trial court in a condemnation proceeding. The trial court ordered title and possession in three parcels, 17-1, 17-2 and 17-5, to vest in the Minneapolis Community Development Agency (MCDA); ordered Naegele Outdoor Advertising Inc. (Naegele) to remove its billboards from the parcels; and found Naegele has no compensable real property interest...
