Ordered that the order is modified, by deleting the provision denying that branch of the defendant's motion which was to dismiss the sixth cause of action asserted in the plaintiff's second amended complaint, and substituting therefor a provision granting that branch of the motion to the extent that the allegations that the defendant agreed "to support her [the plaintiff] for the rest of her life" and "to place the house located at 20 Croton Avenue, Staten Island, New York...
