This is an appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia, Honorable ALFRED J. DIBONA, which affirmed an order of the Philadelphia Civil Service Commission (Commission) dismissing Steven Mondevergine (Appellant) from the Philadelphia Police Department, Southwest Division.
