In this case we are called upon to determine the dischargeability of a debt pursuant to section 523(a)(5) of the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978, 11 U.S.C. §§ 101-151326 ("the Code"). On the debtors' motion, the above-styled adversaries were consolidated for trial. After the trial was commenced, the proceedings were prematurely terminated by a bomb threat directed toward an adjacent floor...
