Plaintiff appeals from an order granting summary disposition to defendant pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10). We affirm.

The issue presented is whether the Saginaw County Board of Commissioners properly subjected plaintiff to mandatory retirement pursuant to § 11 of the Municipal Employees' Retirement Act of 1984 (MERA), MCL 38.1511; MSA 5.4001(11).
