On January 10, 1986, Theodore Robinson and Edith Robinson (debtors) filed for protection under Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. On February 14, 1986, the debtors filed this adversary action entitled, "Complaint to Avoid Fraudulent Transfer" against defendants, Edward Taylor (Taylor) and Federal National Mortgage Association (FNMA). Both Taylor and FNMA have filed motions to dismiss the complaint...
