KLEINSCHMIDT, Judge.

The defendant, Joe Cuen, was charged by indictment with two counts of sexual assault and one count of theft of property of a value exceeding $1,000. The jury found him guilty of two counts of sexual abuse, which are class 5 felonies and lesser included offenses of sexual assault.
