This is an appeal from an order denying appellant's request for delay damages following the entry of a jury verdict in his favor.

On September 29, 1986, the trial began in the civil suit brought by Alvin Laster, appellant, against Glasgow, Inc., appellee. On October 10, 1986, the jury awarded appellant $150,000 in damages.
