The defendant appeals from the judgments of conviction, after a jury trial, of two counts of possession of cocaine with intent to sell by a non-drugdependent person in violation of General Statutes § 21a-278 (b). On appeal, the defendant claims that the trial court erred in denying the defendant's motion for a mistrial. We find no error.
