FROEB, Chief Judge.

Following a jury trial, appellant was convicted of six counts of trafficking in stolen property, five counts of theft, one count each of conducting an illegal enterprise, criminal damage, and altering a vehicle identification number. Although prior convictions were alleged, after a trial of those matters to the court, appellant was acquitted of the allegations. Thereafter, appellant was sentenced to three consecutive ten-year sentences...
